🕐 Check-in/check-out times?
Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM. If you arrive early or leave late, we can store your luggage free of charge. Ask about late check‑out availability (subject to availability).

🌊 What are the best dates to travel without sargassum?
Sargassum is less frequent from November to April. During the summer (June‑August) there may be more, but at our nearby beaches daily cleanings are carried out. If you travel during high sargassum season, we can recommend alternatives such as hotel pools or excursions to Isla Mujeres where the water is crystal clear.

We are in downtown Cancún, 5 minutes from Market 28 and 6 minutes from the "Kihuic" Market. 7 minutes from the ADO Bus Terminal, 15 minutes from the Hotel Zone. There are supermarkets, pharmacies, luxury shopping malls and authentic restaurants.
⏰ Can I do late check‑in or late check‑out?
Yes, check‑in is no problem. For late check‑out, if your flight leaves later, you can request it at reception upon arrival. It is subject to availability and has an additional cost. We can also store your luggage free of charge.
🚐 Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, we have private transfer service at an additional cost or if you prefer you can use the ADO bus to the terminal (economical and safe). We help you coordinate whatever you prefer.
☀️ What's the weather like in Cancún? Is it safe?
The climate is tropical warm all year round (25‑32°C). The rainy season is from June to October, but they are usually short showers. Cancún is very safe for tourists; the downtown and hotel zone have a strong police presence. We recommend the same precautions as in any large city.
